Anonymous calculator

Offer inputs are calculated in memory and are not persisted by default. Analytics receives only approved category and geography fields—not payment, acreage, contact, parcel, document, or free-text terms.

Comparable submissions

Analysis consent is required before terms enter the private review queue. Separate unchecked choices govern anonymized aggregate use, verification follow-up, and consultation contact. Identified partner sharing is off by default and is not granted by the public form.

No individual submission becomes a public rate. Only groups of at least five compatible, consented, document-reviewed or partner-verified records can produce an aggregate.

Documents

Optional PDF or image evidence is encrypted before private storage and cannot be opened by a reviewer until malware scanning marks it clean. Reviewer links expire after five minutes, direct downloads are not provided, and every view is logged.

• Pending, rejected, or scan-error raw files: 30 days.
• Raw files used for verification: 90 days from verification.
• Document security and access audit: 730 days.
• Infected objects: deleted immediately.

Deletion requests

Email privacy@landleaserates.com from the contact channel supplied with the submission. After verification, private objects, contact fields, and raw terms are removed, and aggregate eligibility is recalculated. Irreversible content and submission hashes may remain for duplicate and abuse prevention until they are no longer operationally required.

Email replies

Reviewers may send a clarification only when verification-contact consent and an email were supplied. Consultation consent is separate. Outbound messages never attach raw documents. Inbound attachments are not automatically accepted as verified evidence.
