Offer inputs are calculated in memory and are not persisted by default. Analytics receives only approved category and geography fields, never payment, acreage, contact, parcel, document, or free-text terms.
Comparable submissions
Analysis consent is required before terms enter the private review queue. Separate unchecked choices govern anonymized aggregate use, verification follow-up, and consultation contact. Choosing consultation contact requires a phone number so a member of our team can call you. Identified partner sharing is off by default and is not granted by the public form.
Property review inquiries
A property check stores the location or APN you provide, acreage, current use, project interests, screening answers, and contact details, including a required phone number, in a private operations queue. We require permission to evaluate the property and to respond by phone or email. Sharing identifiable property or contact details with matched developers is a separate, unchecked choice. Product updates are also a separate, unchecked choice.
We may combine the submission with public county development and grid context to create internal screening hints. Those hints are not an appraisal, an offer, or a promise that a developer will be interested. Property inquiries are never published on the site.
No individual submission becomes a public rate. Only groups of at least five compatible, consented, document-reviewed or partner-verified records can produce an aggregate.
Direct submissions are labeled as user-supplied evidence, not public-agency source coverage. “Received” or “review pending” means only that the private workflow accepted the submission; it does not mean the terms are verified, published, or that comparable coverage exists for the county.
Documents
Optional PDF or image evidence is encrypted before private storage and cannot be opened by a reviewer until malware scanning marks it clean. Reviewer links expire after five minutes, direct downloads are not provided, and every view is logged.
- Pending, rejected, or scan-error raw files: 30 days.
- Raw files used for verification: 90 days from verification.
- Document security and access audit: 730 days.
- Infected objects: deleted immediately.
Deletion requests
Email team@landleaserates.com from the contact channel supplied with the submission. After verification, private objects, contact fields, and raw terms are removed, and any published range that used the record is recalculated without it. Irreversible content and submission hashes may remain for duplicate and abuse prevention until they are no longer operationally required.
Email replies
Reviewers may send a clarification only when verification-contact consent and an email were supplied. Consultation consent is separate. Outbound messages never attach raw documents. Inbound attachments are not automatically accepted as verified evidence.
