A county can have data without having a page: the publication thresholds decide when there is enough evidence to be worth reading. See the datasets these counts come from.
Connecticut replaced its eight counties with nine planning regions in 2022, and Census geography now uses the regions. USDA cash rents and the interconnection queue both still report under the old counties, so Connecticut’s pages use those eight counties. The two sets of boundaries don’t line up, so the old counties have no map outline.
USDA publishes no county cash rents for Rhode Island; its statewide average appears on the Rhode Island page. USDA publishes no cash rent figures for Alaska, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico.
